The challenge
Before Parso Corporate Experience, the organization had no clear system for managing the use of its spaces. Administration ran without a centralized platform, which made it hard to keep proper control over who was using which spaces and services.
The core need was traceability and visibility over how resources were being used. Without reliable information, it was hard to supervise usage, identify occupancy patterns, and make decisions based on data.
On top of that, the absence of a self-service tool meant every request and access depended on an administrative process, which slowed the operation down and made the experience heavier for employees.
The solution
Parso Corporate Experience was implemented as the central platform for managing spaces and access, digitizing and centralizing those processes in a single solution with the Meeting Rooms and Desk Booking modules.
Employees began handling their own bookings and access directly from the app, removing the need for administrative intervention in day-to-day tasks. That simplified the operation, sped up internal processes, and gave users a far more autonomous experience — with information available in real time and greater control over how spaces are used.
Results
Operational time back
With manual booking and access tasks gone, the administrative team can spend its time on work of higher strategic value to the organization.
Control and visibility
The organization now has real information on how its spaces and access are used, which makes the operation easier to follow and decisions easier to ground in data.
A better employee experience
With the self-service model, people book and access spaces quickly on their own, cutting waiting times and removing friction from the process.
A digitized operation
Loosely structured processes were replaced by a centralized platform, strengthening operational efficiency and control over resources.
We used to have no clear way to manage the use of our spaces. Today our employees manage their own bookings and access directly, while we have more control, visibility, and time to focus on strategic work.
